You have 3 options: get the gift card by mail, send by mail or pick it up in the clinic.
Order the gift card by mail and write what amount and name we need to write on the card, if you want it sent by mail, you receive it after you have paid the amount on mobilepay 32919
if you want to send it by mail, there is a fee of 60 kr for shipping.

Your gift certificate can be ordered by email info@klinikq.dk or by phone 70 87 64 28 

We can send you the gift card or you can pick it up in our clinic. Upon pickup, you just come into the clinic.
